Unibu were unhappy with their previous Ecommerce platform and were concerned that their old website design was not doing justice to their brand. They came to us to create a completely new design, and to tranfer their whole operation to WooCommerce.

There were three main goals in the project… To dramatically improve aesthetics, to make the website much more mobile friendly, and to improve conversion rates and sales.

Working with Unibu, we created a complete new website on the Woocommerce platform, designed mobile first and with new features such as cross selling, cart reminders, subscriptions and more payment options.

Within a very short period of time we managed to double Unibu’s monthly revenue and dramatically increase repeat customers.

Monthly Subscriptions

In 2021 we added monthly subscriptions to Unibu’s list of products. This allows customers to subscribe to receive British made underwear on a monthly basis, either for themselves, or as a gift for a loved one.

Subscriptions allow Unibu to consistently increase monthly revenue. Automatic payment collection and a set of tools to control track and control subscription memberships took Unibu’s online operation to the next level.

Search Engine Optimisation

Underwear is an extremely competitive market, and an SEO campaign must be strong enough to compete with some of the biggest brands and retailers in the UK.

Today you will find Unibu at the very top of Google for keywords such as ‘British Underwear’, ‘British Women’s Underwear’, ‘British Men’s Underwear’ and many other keyowrds. Since starting work on Unibu’s SEO, we’ve not only managed to get them to the top of the search engines for targetted keywords, we’ve increased organic traffic by 300%.
